DIRECTIONS AND MAP:
WEA-SOUTHEAST
From the North and East:
- Take Highway 395 into Pasco, then west on 395/I-182
- Take the Kennewick exit south on 395
- Cross the Columbia River-stay on the RIGHT side of the highway & take SR 240 WEST
- Follow SR 240 WEST about 4 miles to Columbia Center Blvd
- Turn left (south - away from river)
- Go past the Columbia Center Mall and past Red Lion Hotel
- The 2nd light past Red Lion Hotel is Grandridge, turn left
- The first street is Colorado - turn right
- The HOME SMART Sign (formerly Remax and Chicago Title) is on your left - turn left into that parking lot
- The building is to the right when you pull into the parking lot, in the back corner - WEA-Southeast, 7403 West Grandridge Blvd. (White Building with Black/Dark Trim)
From the West:
- Take (I-82, not I-182) to the Badger Road Exit #109
- Turn right. Go through the round-about taking the second round-about exit (onto Clearwater Avenue).
- Travel approximately 2 miles on Clearwater Avenue, then Turn left at the 1st stoplight (Columbia Center Blvd)
- Turn right at the stoplight (Pizza Hut on the right corner) onto Deschutes
- Turn left at the first street - Colorado
- Continue driving, going past Applebees and Super 8 Motel (both to the left)
- Look for HOME SMART sign on the right as you reach the top of the hill - Turn right into that parking lot (the building was formerly occupied by Remax and Chicago Title)
- The building is to the right when you pull into parking lot, in the back corner -WEA Southeast, 7403 West Grandridge Blvd. (White Building with Black/Dark Trim)
